We go over an Covid-19 screening in our intake.  Before entering the office, wash your hands in the bathroom across the hall. You must wear a mask or face covering to enter the building and wear it for the duration of your visit. We will take your temperature  before proceeding. All equipment and surfaces are sanitized by the Oregon Health Administration Standards. Dr. Nikki will wear am N95 mask to maximize protection for you and other patients.
